Grace morning on this wonderful and winsome Wednesday.
There are times we're supposed to fight, we need to take action, David fought Goliath, but you have to make sure that the battle is between you and your destiny. If not, it's a distraction. You can get so caught up in your emotions, you don’t realize the battle you now in, and by your own volition, wasn't a battle you were supposed to fight.
How many times are you fighting battles because you were offended, they upset you, they did you wrong, but that wasn't a battle between you and our destiny, it was just your flesh getting riled up, wanting to take matters into your own hands.
Don't let this needless battle be a blemish on your record.
We're all going to encounter people in life that are rude, hard-headed, offensive. Why are you offended at him or her, they're not between you and your destiny. They can't stop what God has planned for you, so they don't like you, they made negative comments, that's a test.
“You will not have to fight this time. Go to your places. Stand there. And see how the Lord will save you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid. And do not think that this army will certainly beat you. Go out to stand in front of them tomorrow. When you do that, the Lord will be with you.”
2 Chronicles 20:17 EEB
